GameGune - First teams confirmed!

GameGune have confirmed the first six teams of the 32 to be attending the 1.6 LAN next month.

The UKs uk dignitas are confirmed as one of the six and will battle it out for a share of nearly £20,000.

Prize list:

1st. Gold Trophy £10,200
2nd. Silver Trophy £5,100
3rd. Bronze Trophy £2,600
4th. £1,300

Confirmed for GameGune:

Along with these six, fi astralis, now under the swe Hardwire tag, have said they are attending but this has not been announced by GameGune.

It has also been confirmed that there will be no American teams at the event due to ESEA Invite LAN finals. As well as this, swe fnatic, dk mTw and swe SK-Gaming are missing the event due to eSTARs Seoul conflicting with the dates.

Although less likey to attend in the first place, http://www.gotfrag.com/assets/shared/images/countries/62.gif k23, cn TyLoo and ko WeMadeFOX will be not be attending for the same reason.

GameGune 2009 kicks off on Thursday the 23rd of July.

I'd expect dig to beat esc, k1ck and x6tence convincingly, and if suffz weren't shit i'd expect them to beat dts and vitrolic too. Though dts and vitrolic are good teams.
