I am not actually complaining about my Virgin connection, as I think it's been very good to me So well done.

More importantly I would like you to forward this letter to someone who knows whether or not the claims that (http://www.clan-limitation.co.uk) are actually sponsored by Virgin Media? Please forward this to someone until you find out whether it's true or not, because there has been thousands of people debating this, and it's certainly not doing virgin media any favours.

The clan-limitation is an online gaming team, who plays a game called Counter-Strike, a 5vs5 game that you can play against other teams in. There are maps which tactics are designed for, and teams win rounds based upon whether they successfully kill the other team or not. Limitation no doubt have contacted you if the claims that you sponsor them are true, but have also most probably lied about their results against other clans (www.four-kings.com maybe?). The truth is they have only just started their team, and as of yet haven't beaten any teams online or at LAN (Local Area Network) events. In fact, I don't think I've seen them ever attend a LAN event, which brings me onto the next point...

WHY would you have sponsored a team who has had no results, and are fairly unknown in the UK scene, and if they are, then only known by Dan Corbulo who loves to present himself as an arrogant, self absorbed little boy. So yeah, just wondering whether the sponsorship claims are true, as it would seem a bit odd Virgin sponsoring such an unknown and arrogant team, who have lied about their results and have no proof of them to everyone.

Thanks for your e-mail, albeit confusing at first this is Michael Kinsman, Head of Marketing at Virgin Media. In my position it would be unlikely that I would not have heard about, or even instigated the signing of an online gaming team any type of sponsorship, except perhaps the top tier teams already supported by such sponsors as Intel. We currently as of yet in the UK do not support any such team, as we believe altough the market is growing, it is not enough to warrent this type of sponsorship.

It might be worth contacting the team and asking them politely to remove the Virgin Media claims, as by the way their Manager 'Dan Corbulo' is conducting himself, (evident from the URL www.ukcounterterrorist.com/index.php?cmd=ViewNews&id=5781) it surely isn't doing him or us at Virgin Media any favours.

If the false claims continue, then we will be contacting him. Thanks in advance for alerting us to this,
