Car Steroes for VW polo

Going to be getting a vw polo 2004, and i don't like the cassette player on it, so want to invest into a new car stereo which can play and charge my ipod at the same time, if it can show the names of the songs its a bonus.
Dont want a ipod cassette and i heard the itrip sound quality is that great.
Budget: £100-170
Ive been pointed towards the Alpine and Pioneer direction, anyone kindly enuff 2 give me some models that i should look at

Actually I see no relevance to the OP's column but I was actually looking for that gman as I never got a chance to read the replies, cheers. It's nice to know though that in some weird and freakish way you would search a column nearly a year old to try and get a petty dig in at me..

my advice mate is to save your dosh and buy a better car lol.. Just got rid of a Seat Leon, was a really nice car only paid 8K for it tbh. Check them out.
didnt mean to hit the submit. Well i guess your thinking why sell it if it was that great? Well it was simply because i coulnt afford to pay the insurance anymore, I changed job + have got some other things to pay for. One i had was a Cupra model, 1.9 + body kit + chrome mirrors and other bits, really nice car turned alot of heads tbh.
Thinking of saving a little while to buy the new 107 Sport XS, looks nifty + cheap to run. Cant wit til im working full time again will probably end up buying another Leon, sick car.

i typoed ffs, stop jipping me. I don't know much about cars really but it was a well nice ride. I had a ZR about 2 years ago hydey, sadly that wasn't such a nice car.

well like johnson said new 107 sports i was so close to buying one with my ex had the 8k cash but never bought it was yellow aswell! but left her so didnt buy it thank god but ye get a new car! :x
