Mouse Mats?

Yeh i expect everyones been through this a 1000000000 times but im unsure if i have the right kind of mouse mat for my mouse!
i have a razer 1.6 mouse and i have an icemat any ideas will be appreciated

mouse + mat is all down to personal preference, if it feels good for you why change?
well no.. i feel as tho it might be a bit to fast for the mouse doesnt feel like the right kind of surface for this mouse.. i used to have an mx500 and that was good on it but this one feels odd
my shouts with S&S or Qpad
3.0 and s&s only way forward.
mx518 + cloth
I use MS 3.0 + Steelpad 5L and I'm the best.
if you want a quick smooth pad, go for s&s, if u want a cloth pad go for a qpad.
and ms intelli 1.1s all the way.

get a func pad coz u can customise it!

mx518 is probably the best mouse out there, definitely my preference, much better buttons than ms 3.0, maybe better for people with smaller hands... perhaps.... :X
cloth pads - qck / qck HEAVY (my preference, its thicker, and its nice to drape over the edge of your desk, nice n comfy for your arm, but i have to turn it sideways.... i like it but... if there was someone that played with a real low sense, could do with a REAL big FAT mousepad..)
everglide/dkt basically the same as qck i think.
unless you want a plastic mousemat... i reccomend Steelpad SnS or 5L , steelpad just basically make THE best stuff.
will be winning a pair of 5h's tomorrow *fingers crossed*, if they're good, then everything from steel IS the best!!
steelpad's little sticky mouse-pads are ace, much better than the normal cheap things, and they're steelkeys 6g....
was a dent in my wallet, but easily the best out there for gaming.

used a logitech g5 and a DKT for about a year and a half now. Feels perfect for me but mabee im just used to it.
i used to play on 3.0 + steelpad s&s, it was a nice pad... but a bit 2 small for my likeing, as im a real low sense player + the dkt megamatt = the best ive used ><
s&s 3.0 with hyperglides
Steelpad QCK steel is my personal preference on Cloth pads if u are looking to go down that route .

dear god, just play with any mouse mat. you won't get any better playign with different mouse mats. jesus.

i use Intelli 3.0 with a Qck heavy fits me quite well
Logitech G7 and Steel Pad 4D on the smooth side, glides like a dream
func 1030 is the best mouse mat ive ever had was pretty dear but had it around 2 years and the surface is as good as new. I had a steelseries mat and it was awful, the surface wore away very quick and it was really badly designed. FUNC 1030 atw
mx series are for the right handed right?

I have a razer mantis speed pad. I have been very pleased with it. It has exactly the same friction coefficient (it feels the same) for both horizontal and vertical movement. My old fatpad had a different feel depending on direction which sucked a bit.
The cloth surface is patented by everglide and is on the titan pad, but razer have a licence for it. I cant remember the name of the "technology". It is very good and goes well with my mx510.
