Hey need new internet in our student house and was wondering who's best to go with?
There's 4 of us in the house
all download alot so need no dl limit
any ideas?

it pains me to say it... but i agree with adulki - u get internet/phone/tv all in 1 and it works out at about a tenner each a month ~2.50 a week so its nothing rly
VM is shocking for gaming though, depending on your location, dont expect it to be good in heavy populated areas as it RARELY is.
Your next best bet would be Bethere
Virgin media cap you though:
(PEAK hours) over 4gb = capped for 12 hours or until after midnight
(OFF PEAK) = over 12gb
yeh as CAI said, you do get capped. Im in a shared house to and we get capped most days, its not really 2 much of a problem as long as everyone isnt rinsing the net at the same time when your capped.
Download speed wise,well they cap that as well. at 2.3mb/s. Still pretty fast, im just gagging for the 50mb coming out
Get sky with sky TV - nothing like bumming around all day watching Bear Grylls until the footy comes on later ...

get bethere they allow u to tweak line settings from members centre. oh and nubs that get caught using bt should use irc/rapidshare to dl

Going with plusnet next week, they have a package that prioritizes gaming with no speed restrictions or any of that malarkey. Sky have never been good, but recently they have been completely abysmal!
