1) How do I go about removing the CPL GUI?
2) What file is it that I need to edit to change in game fonts?
3) I use to use a program years ago to force my monitors refresh rate to 100mhz when using various screen resolutions, anyone know what this is called or where I can get this?
4) I usually use a sensitivity of 4 however on my new PC it is too sensitive for me. Does anyone know how to reset the mouse settings to default for CS and my PC? Does CPL GUI increase mouse speed in game as it doesn't feel right?
5) I have a 17" 4ms standard monitor and a 19" 8ms widescreen monitor. Which is best to use for CS?
6) Are there any decent launch commands I should be using?

1) all i do is, drag all of my config/models/userconfig onto my desktop, delete the counter strike folder, start cs up and close it so it makes a new one, then do what you wish. h@H@H

3) download a programme called ReForce, i don't suggest using it on anything other than a CRT tho =[

What do each of these commands do?
-noforcemspd -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms = get rid of mouseaccel
-freq 75 would set your monitors refresh rate at 75Hz
-32bpp = forced 32bit
-noforcemspd stopped working after 1.5, no point having that.

raz, use Reforce for your resolution its the best one, and dont you DARE use that 19inch monitor. use the 17 inch. xx
1) Sorted - removed cstrike folder
2) Sorted - copied steam directory from old pc and imported registries.
3) Sorted - using refresh lock
4) tried commands and cpl mouse fix however still doesn't feel right.
5) Using 19" monitor at 8ms as I like the widescreen.

maybe you need to get used to your sens? =D or remove mousfix and mess about with diff sensitivities? what pad/mouse you got?
