Phone contract anyone?

Cut a long story short, im trying to get rid of a phone contract that i dont even use... i cant cancel it, i cant lower my monthly payments, the only thing i can do is transfer it to someone else...
The contact ends July 2009 so there is 10months left.

Its the Mix & Match 1100. So you have 1100 texts, 1100 mins or a mix of both.. and its £30 a month.

EDIT: Ill bank transfer you £90 aswell, so you get 3months free
Edit2: Once you have the contract if you spend £40 then u get K770i phone aswell, it was lost and thats wat it costs to get a new one

or you could get a phone from mobiles.co.uk which is like 17.50 a month 500 mins unlimited text.
if u dont want it just cancel the subscription with ur bank and thats that
if i do that then they will keep chasing me for the money wont they....
