Do IP's really work?
sometimes, depends if ur school/college have filtered using the IP or key words i think, not fully sure though.
dns to ip,
schools are dumb they normally only block proxies,
but alot of ips wil lbe blocked coz people try to use em ALL the time,
well at least they do at minee
