andeh, it's a new site, just came out of beta testing...i was referred to it...interesting business model it uses...haven't won anything, but my housemate has...got a nano for £0.11 £10.00

not bad...once it gets popular it will be more competitive though...not sure if the site will survive though..

if you actually look at the way it works PassioN, the owner of the site gets money for the amount of bids you buy, not the total amount you pay...

as I said, the money isn't made in the final price...i mean, a digi camera worth £400 went for £2.64 or something...plus £10 postage I think...but, each bid people put, although only adding £0.01 to the final price, costs the user £1.50...and that's where the site makes money...add the that the fact that iPods, etc are probably bought at a fraction of RRP and you've got a winning combo...

Camera sold for £3.64 = 364 x 1.50 10 (P&P) = £556.

States it was worth £429 but he probably got it a fair bit cheaper.

I've been on it a bit today and theres quite a lot of different people bidding so once it's get bigger he should make a fair bit.
