Wanted: Web Designers

Hello everyone,
I've been recommended to try this site for potential designers. We're a web development company based in the UK and we're currently seeking more talented designers to create websites.
No programming needed, you'll simply design and provide the psd for us to slice and make into a website.

This is a gamers website, wrong place.
Try freelance forums, there's an awful lot of designers in there.
Many gamers have clans whom have websites, design is an important part in games, so this is not necessarily the wrong place.

Jak Wilkins (arkin) works for me on several projects and can vouch for me.
I posted on arkins' recommendation to try here as gaming communities have many talented designers and we've not been having much luck with freelance forums due to time wasters hence my different approach.
To be fair a lot of gamers are keen website designers so there's bound to be a few on ere, most of em will get snotty and tell u where to go mind
