Tonight sees the UK take on Spain in the European Nations Championship. They recently lost to Norway, however the members from dignitas now have international lan experience and it could help them in this match.

The match takes place at 7pm BST tonight and I think that we could win this one.

King of the Hill is upon us again. Presented by SteelSeries and hosted by theSGL, the event is bi-weekly and a £100 cash prize up for grabs. Each challenging team are voted in by you to pose the next threat to the throne.
As expected, we see 4Kings being voted in as the next challengers to the crown. The grudge match that everyone has been dying to see again is going to occur on Monday 19th May from 8pm. Dignitas easily brushed off Blacksun, a team featuring former top 1.6 talents (now moved onto source) a couple of weeks ago allowing them an aggregate of only 7 rounds in the two maps played. 4Kings however will not be that easy; who will claim to be the top clan in the UK?

Voting will be opened once again in two weeks time, featuring 10 new hopefuls as well as cZar, FtD, flavour, core89-networks (locked) and som.

The match is best of 3 maps and have yet to be confirmed. The match will be live on HLTV on Monday at 8pm.

Finnish team Excello have once again got a full line-up. Their additions come in the form of Samu "plastE" Aalto and Miikka "driim" Toroi. plastE is an ex-roccat player and driim is from EGC.

After tihOp left us for roccat we felt that something has to be done.
We have been playing really bad in last 3 tournaments and as a team we decided change our lineup more than just replacement for tihOp. We decided to remove Antti ”Shiri” Mäkinen from our lineup, because he didn't have any motivation to play CS, especially when he gonna have armyduty coming in this summer. We had lots of team chats about the future and questions like ”who is our new player or in-game leader” was rolling everyones mind. Our conclusion is Samu ”plastE” Aalto and Miikka ”dRiim” Toroi for those 2 empty spots in our lineup. Now we have been practicing two weeks 2-6 maps per day and summer 2008 looks pretty good for us.

mibr has reshuffled its teams into two Counter-Strike teams, one in 1.6 and the other in Source.

A disappointing 5th-8th place at last weekend's KODE5 has lead to the majority of the players, minus bit, to switch over to source. KIKOOOO returns having been out of action since January 2007, but joins the Source team as their 5th. bit joins the mibr second team, which is now the only team, as a 6th. Although the 1.6 team now has 6 in the roster, one is expected to leave by next week.

KIKOOOO:

Source is very similar to 1.6, and with this team, I would return in any First-Person Shooter game.
We are thinking about attending several competitions around the world, and CGS is definitely the most important. But that's up for Paulo to decide, and if he decides that we should be Rio Sinistro's team, we will be there!

Top Source clan guns4hire, former Team-Ebuyer, have announced a change in the roster, only a few days before the CGS Combine and Draft.

Crazycat has left due to internal disputes and disagreements with the rest of the clan, and will be replaced with a well known name in the 1.6 scene, mx. The team had a disappointing 5th-8th finish at LAN79 after being knocked out by Logitech.fi in the quarter-finals. Crazycat will now temporarily play for Club:AI.
