Kode5: Dignitas Insight

Posted by sxraz^ on the 5th of May 2008 at 7:35 PM in Gaming News    15 Comments

Over at HLTV.org, they have been lucky enough to get some interviews with some of the popular names in CS before KODE5 to find out what has been happening with them and their team prior to the event. Every day until the event starts a new interview will be published with a different person from some of the top teams in CS.

Below is a small section of the interview:

8Ball^ - HLTV.org

This LAN is massive for the United Kingdom CS scene and dignitas, how have you been preparing for it and what do you expect from the event? Are dignitas looking for a podium finish? Or are they looking to have fun and cause some big upsets?

AlesKi

I think, since we are without our best player, realistically if we take down a top 10 european team we can go home and say job well done. It's the first international event for 3 of our line-up so I guess we're going to make sure whatever happens we learn from it and use that knowledge during our ESWC and WCG efforts.

You can find the rest of it here. Remember, there will be a new interview every day! Yesterday's was with "Whimp" from mTw.

Week Five of TheSGL Pro Series: P2P League is upon us and this week we see the teams going head to head on de_inferno.

http://www.thesgl.com/assets/ukct_bg_images/SGLPro_banner_red_sm.jpg

Tonight I have a feeling that the match between uk Engine on mute and high flying Team Coolermaster uk will be the highlight in tonights scheduled games. Everyones favourites for the win will be TCM, who are really gelling together now... just like zaK's hair. With TCM sitting top of the division with 4 wins, they will be looking for the 5th tonight which may secure them the division as early as next week. EoM have had more comebacks than Suffz has had curries but none the less they will want to keep up their fight for which will be second place at best. Coolermaster to win 16:07.

Well out of the games tonight I think that the uk FtD game will be the most evenly matched. They take on uke vitalsigns who have been disappointing so far, losing 3 out of 4. Many of us thought that FtD would have walked this division as they seemed the only solid team there but with the reform of satisfied! they're going to need a win tonight to keep what little pressure there is still on. vitalsigns, it seems, would have been better organising another wiredinn lan instead of embarrassing themselves... <3. FtD to win 16:06.

Good luck to all the teams tonight!
