With the events registration TODAY I've updated the teams. fnatic, speedlink (even though they were never confirmed) FaxZup, Aftermath, Meet Your Makers (even thought they weren't confirmed either) veLocity Engine on Mute, CAution! and virtual napalm have all dropped out, leaving the team total at 30. If anyone else knows a team that has dropped out, post or send me a PM. There may also be some on the spot mixes created to fill up spots.

The event takes place between the 6th and 8th of October, but at least 2 players must register on the Thursday between 10:00 and 17:00 in order to sign their team up for the 1.6 competition. Failure to do so will stop you entering the tournament. You must also be 17 for this event for the event, ID will be required if you look under that age. The matches will begin at 10:00 on the Friday but players must be at the event by 09:00.

Also, everyones favourite Jackass hero, Steve-O will be at the event on the friday between 19:00 and 22:00 "on hand for autograph signings, gameplay, and his unique brand of virtual mayhem". There will also be a "Music and Games Party" between 19:00 and 22:00 with a DJ and a Miss World Series of Video Games contest!

About five minutes ago WSVG released the seeds for the WSVG London event which kicks off at 10.00AM tommorow. The seeds are a bit weird when it comes to the UK teams but lets hope some of them can make an impact.
