And so we continue to the 2nd day of ESWC. The 2nd group stages have been drawn and 4K seem to have a rather nasty group, to say the least.

After their ESWC 2005 victory, Girls Got Game (GX3) were propelled to the heady heights of female CS stardom. Now, in the run up to ESWC 2006, they have joined SK, as their female team.
Their lineup stays the same and they will play at ESWC under the SK tag.

Mousesports CPL/ISC 2006 lineup change...

Over at mousesports, they've had to fill two gaps in their lineup as 
gore and Papst are unable to attend CPL Summer for private reasons.
In their place comes fleks and probably more interestingly ahl, who has apparently left SK-Gaming. Whether ahl is joining mousesports permanently is unknown.
This leaves their CPL 2006 lineup as:

Michael 'ahl' Korduner
Christian 'Blizzard' Chmiel
Roman 'Roman R.' Reinhardt
Martin 'fleks' Wehrmann

Theres also currently a rumour thatAs you could hear at the Gamesports.de stream, we will play with a different lineup in Texas. SK made it possible for us to play with ahl at the CPL and fleks agreed on short notice to step in for PapsT and gore. We want to make use of the time in Stockholm as good as we can and hope to give a surprise next weekend.

With our next Nightcup, number six in the series, we have had to give consideration into the playdays of the Football World Cup and have tried to fit it in on the days between the Quarter and Semi Finals. As such, Monday 3rd July 2006 is a football-free evening and the ESL Nightcup VI will commence!We want to keep ourselves short, therefore we will keep with the key words for the ESL Nightcup VI: Play 3on3 on a single map, with the key values being mp_maxrounds 7 and mp_roundtime 1.25 (corresponds 1 minute and 15 seconds). Premium status is not a condition and the tournament mode is played in single elimination. If a match comes to Overtime then mr3 should be played (3 rounds on each side) with startmoney 5000 used.

Everybody should know the rest of the boundary conditions. Otherwise we do have our friendly info box. [Aequitas] is the obligated program in this Nightcup, in addition the participating teams must record POV demos. The tournament starts at 20:00h and the participants should be online and ready by 19:30h. Any further information needed can be asked during Monday afternoon in the IRC channel #esl.uk.
