CAL Anti-Cheat changes

With the new season approaching for Counter-Strike 1.6. I would like to announce a few changes to how we (Anti-Cheat) will be dealing with this season as well as a few rule additions I'd like to get out there.
- All teams disputing a player must indicate exactly what they believe happened. Disputes that are unusually vague or short-winded (no description at all) will not be allowed. Any dispute that is closed for this reason will state that in the ticket notation.
- All players will now be required to make some minor changes to how they take screenshots this season and I am interested in hearing feedback on what the community has to say about these following changes.
- All players are now required to take a snapshot of their scoreboard (both "SS rounds"

with net_graph '3' toggled on.
- The team leader/manager/scheduler (whoever is a "commanding" presence in-game) must purchase a smoke-grenade and throw it a short distance from his/her players.
Once the smoke has been thrown, all players are required to snapshot the smoke that emitts from it. This rule has been implimented to reduce the accusations Anti-Cheat and CAL recieve regarding players using smoke sprites or "16-bit smokes" and smoke-sprites.
- The amount of disputes teams are allowed per-season has been changed to two. If a team disputes a player and it is proven that they have done anything illicit to warrant suspension the disputing team will recieve their dispute back for future use.
Seems like a step in the right direction for CAL... but is it to late to save them from CEVO ownage?

As most of the UK cs scene so intent on saying everyone that doesnt do well in EVERY lan game cheats/configs online.. just thought I post a link to the new gotfrag article thats been written.
" Do it on LAN! This phrase has become a staple of the competitive Counter-Strike community. What about players that have “done it” on LAN? How does it compare to their online performance? We here at GotFrag love our match statistics so using our GameSense technology; we’ve analyzed four of the most popular and skilled American CS players and have statistically compared their CAL and CPL performances."
"Being the highest rated player on GameSense, fRoD has had excellent statistics at both the CPL and CAL in the terms of frags. His lowest scoring match, by far, was that against the powerhouse and CPL champ NoA, in which he was held to only 10 frags for the entire match. The rest of the matches, he was usually in the high twenties and lower thirties. "
Thanks to gotfrag for hosting this article, check out the entire thing:
