News Round-Up
Here is a veritable smorgasbord of news post goodness, with some recent posts taking up a large amount of space, I thought it'd be in the best interests of all to compile all of these noteworthy news bits into one post, so without further ado - here we go.
Cornwall, home of the turnip and the (once) mighty tin mines, isn't known for its LAN's nor its
Counter-Stike players (DoZ doesn't count, not being born and bred Cornish), but one of these is set to change with the announcement of
Pro-LAN 2, this LAN aims to bring together forty gamers for two whole days of action packed LAN fun, I shall be in attendance and while that may be cause to avoid it, I endeavoured to pimp it to you none the less.
CAution! have released a
Counter-Strike movie following their sucesses at the
We Got Rhythm 4 tournament. This movie is short but sweet and includes some great camera direction, while this can distract you from the actual game events or appear to be intrusive at times, I prefer this to the a standard fare of
CS movies. It's an artform luvvie! You can get hold of this movie by
clicking here or going to the
Team AMD Gamer website and doing the old Sherlock routine. Please note! You must register to download.
In
We Got Rhythm 4 related news, Par from suiGeneris; the irish powerhouse (TM), has written an article about his experiences at the tournament, it's a very entertaining read and well worth the time spent reading, you can find it
HERE.
Also in
WGR news, -psy- has written a report about the same event, and it has been posted on the [ukt] columns section, you can read it
HERE.

Only a few weeks ago

vesslan announced his retirement from professional gaming which intern included his departure from actively playing in

Adrenaline leaving them with a 5 man roster.
Now comes another blow to the squad with the departure of

Snajdan cutting them down to just 4 men which intern could have major knock on effects towards their upcoming playoffs in SEL this Sunday at the Ownage GameCenter in Stockholm.
Reasoning behind the sudden departure of

Snajdan from the squad seems to be that he was`nt happy with the commitment from the rest of the team.
Remaining lineup:
Lucchese
Notorious
quick
XeqtR
Best of luck to

Snajdan in which ever direction he takes, also to

Adrenaline for a hasty recovery.
