    ex-TAG|Bom & 4K^Dark Interviews

Posted by ukenuex on the 7th of April 2004 at 1:01 PM in Gaming News    0 Comments

  • After a recent interview on the Team AMD website, uk Bom formerly of uk TAG has been interviewed externally, by Zero Gravity.

The interview provides some real insights into Bom's departure from uk TAG, including his opinions on their performance at the recent uk i19 and lv PRO1 Games LANs. Here's a snippet:

Myzerogravity.com: "Back to TaG again, with all these problems will they be able to take the kings out of their throne? Isn't pressure building up on them, after all there were several people arguing that I-eS should have been chosen instead of TaG and the results thus far are not proving them wrong."

Bom: "Sure the results are not going in TaGs favour but it’s still very early, I think yes they will beat 4K with the current line up, maybe not the 1st game coming but I’d say soon. I’m not going to discute anything about I-eS, OMG now TAG got it & deserved it."
For the entire interview, click here.

  • With the recent uk Four Kings vs swe Schroet Kommando showmatches at the Landed LAN 6 event, and the subsequent movie on the event, no 4K^Dark ( or "Bielenberg" ) has been interviewed by Midway of popular eSports site [gotfrag].

The interview is a little dated in terms of the questions regarding the event's movie release, but some of the questions and answers covered are relevent and interesting nevertheless - below is a little highlight:

Midway: "As a member of an English based team but born in Norway what challenges does this present to you and do you enjoy playing with 4K as much as some of your other teams such as eoL?"

4K^Dark: "It doesn't present me with any challenges at all really. I really enjoy playing with the 4kings guys alot, and I think we have a really good thing going for us now as well.

The eoL days was a bit different and i dont think you really can compare the two, in eoL we were all irl friends basicly and it was cool to be an all Norwegian team and wooping swedes all the time Smile
      "
As you can see, very optimistic talk from no Dark there - we can only hope its accurate and they perform accordingly at this summers [cpl] event. For the entire interview, click here.
